Hiya! I’m Justice van Ausdal - the homeopath behind Amapola Homeopathy. I fell in love with homeopathy after serendipitously finding my way to a homeopathic first aid course several years ago. Since then I have had the pleasure and honor to have learned from several homeopaths and other holistic practitioners - Anne Vervarcke, Leslie Alexander, Gaurang Gaikwad, Sajah Popham and others. I am perpetually amazed by the complexity and depth of this system of care and find it a privilege to be an eternal student of it.
When my nose isn’t buried behind a book, you can find me bumbling about the kitchen, at the seaside, or even - on occasion - behind a loom.
It is with the fullest and happiest of hearts that I look forward to connecting and walking alongside you towards a deeper sense of well-being.

Homeopathy is a system of holistic care that seeks to strengthen and nourish your vital force through energetic remedies.
We’ll begin with an extended conversation where we discuss your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. According to the information we’ve covered in our session, I will then select remedies which are completely individualized for you.
I am deeply inspired by the Triad Method developed by Hilary Fairclough; thus, I give several remedies to cover different layers of your state of being. I also incorporate flower essences, as well as medicinal herbs (both in material doses and in potency) depending on each client’s needs and goals.

You can reschedule your appointment up to one (1) hour before your scheduled time without incurring a fee; anytime after that will incur a fee of 100% of your appointment cost.
You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for no fee.
Appointments cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before your scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of your appointment cost.
Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before your scheduled time will incur a fee of 100% of your appointment cost.
All refunds will be issued to the card or payment method used to book your appointment.

Intakes for new clients last about 1 hr and 45 minutes and are sliding scale ($65-120). Returning client follow-ups last about 45 minutes and are sliding scale ($45-90).
The cost of remedies varies for each client and their suggested protocol, but the price generally averages around $15-25 for a 4-6 week period. An invoice will be sent after our session for the remedies and the cost of shipping.
If the price of an intake or remedies is a concern, I am more than happy to discuss payment plans. Please know financial status and money should not be an impediment to us working together.
